Built for Bharat.
Not bolted on.

A general-purpose AI built for the world will always be a compromise for India. We started from Indian courts, Indian codes, and Indian price points — and built outward from there.

Lawbot Express · Firm tier

Larger usage
for the whole chamber.

The Firm tier gives chambers more usage capacity for legal research, drafting, and citation checks. It uses the same verified workflow as Pro, with more room for regular team demand.

  • Larger usage allowance than individual plans
  • Useful for repeated research and drafting workloads
  • Same verified citation pipeline as Pro
  • Research, Draft, Citations, Argument, Strategy modes
  • Billed in INR through the standard pricing flow
  • Designed for chambers evaluating heavier usage
iv.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

A useful generalist is not a useful legal tool. Here is the difference, plainly.

Lawbot Express

Built for Indian legal work
  • Citations retrieved & verified against the reporter
  • SC, 25 HCs, tribunals — current Indian coverage
  • BNS / BNSS / BSA aware from launch
  • Research → draft → cite, one continuous thread
  • ₹-billed; individual, student, and firm tiers
vs.

Generic AI

Built for general use
  • Citations are predicted from memory — fabrications common
  • Indian case law patchy, training-cutoff bound
  • Often still references IPC / CrPC instead of new codes
  • No domain workflow — every query cold-started
  • USD pricing, no team or firm tier for India
v.

Honest pricing. For everyone.

A free tier you can actually use. Monthly and annual subscriptions in INR for individual advocates, chambers, and firms.

Common questions.

If something is unclear, it should be answered here. If not — write to us.

Who is Lawbot Express for? +
Anyone in the Indian legal system who reads or cites case law: practising advocates, law students, in-house counsel, law firms, legal researchers, paralegals, and the judiciary. The product is a single workspace; the value differs by role, which is what the Audience section above lays out.
How do you prevent hallucinated citations? +
Citations come from a retrieval-grounded pipeline, not the model's memory. Before any case appears in an answer, it must exist in our verified corpus with a matching reporter reference. If a judgment cannot be retrieved, the model is instructed to say so rather than guess.
Does it cover BNS, BNSS, and BSA? +
Yes — Lawbot Express is updated for the new criminal codes and maps them against IPC/CrPC/Evidence Act sections where the bridge is useful.
Is the Free tier really useful? +
For a law student or someone trying the tool, yes. Two queries a day against the same verified corpus is enough to research a doubt, check a citation, or test the product before paying. There is no credit card.
How does the Firm plan work? +
The Firm plan is a higher-usage tier for chambers and firms. It gives more room for research runs, drafting, and citation checks than individual plans while using the same verified legal research workflow.
Is my data private? +
Your queries and conversations are private to your account. They are not used to train models, and you can delete any conversation at any time.
Can I use it in Hindi or regional languages? +
Yes. You can ask Lawbot Express in your desired language, including Hindi and other regional Indian languages, and it can answer while keeping legal references clear.
I am a student — how do I get started? +
Sign up with your email; the Free tier is enabled by default. We are working on a verified-student discount on the Pro plan — write to us if you would like access before it ships.

Research with confidence.
Cite with proof.

The free tier is two queries a day, forever, no card. Or take the whole workspace for the cost of a single hearing.
